All delegates need to pay their registration fees by the deadlines below. Payment can be made by EFT.

Pro forma invoice / Quote will be supplied to Government officials and/or mining operations so that they can obtain a Purchase Order Number (PO number). RestoreKalahari will then issue an INVOICE with the relevant PO number for processing. Registration of Government officials and/or mining houses will only be confirmed once an order number has been received.

If RestoreKalahari must register as a service provider with your organisation, please provide the necessary documentation to the coordinator.

Cancellation and refund policy:

Registration fees will be refunded upon written notice of cancellation received before 28 February 2023 less 20% administration fee. After 28 February 2023 no fees will be refunded, but attendance can be transferred to another person from the same organisation or used to purchase the event data sets.

The event is live. No virtual attendance of the event will be available on the day, post-event recordings will however be available.
